The building is located on the western bank of Zaragoza, facing the Ebro River, with the goal of establishing a direct and continuous connection to the water, the essential element for the rowing club it serves. Designed as a single-story structure, the building organizes its circulation around the rowing activity itself, guiding users from preparation and storage areas to the launching point at the river. Brick is the central material throughout the project, chosen not only for its strong local tradition but also for its ability to create warmth, texture, and spatial continuity. The architecture encapsulates the club’s functions in a coherent flow, where form follows activity, and brick defines both the identity and the tactile experience of the space.
